It is easy most if the time, sometimes it needs to be refreshed if I'm adding a lot of photos, but it does the job and I love the ease of putting together memory books from my phone.

Love these books! I did a monthly book for my daughter up until her 1st year. I thought I would stop after the year but I love the idea of creating memories for my baby and being able to write a caption for every picture that I'm still doing them 😅. The process is also a breeze, you just select 30 pictures every month, send them to print and in a few weeks you receive your book! Customer service is amazing! Every question or concern I have, they take care of everything right away!
Issues syncing instagram to chatbooks. Gave email address to customer service and they replied saying conversation closed. Tried to log off, forgot my password and now haven't been sent an email with password reset. Very frustrating. Like the app when it works and syncs the photos. Had been a problem in recent times being so glitchy.
Can't navigate using this app
I just received my first one. I LOVED IT.
We love the Mini Month books format. The app is nicely laid out and simple to follow. Four stars because the app frequently freezes up or will not load photos and I have to restart. This may be due to my older device and not the app itself.
Difficult to order extra books.
Editing my rating as this app has become so ridiculous! I absolutely Hate that i have you reconnect constantly to Instagram! I don't even use Instagram anymore, i add pics to my chatbooks directly. I'm about ready to delete this app forever! There should be an option to upload directly WITHOUT Instagram!!!! I love this app. It makes it so much easier to make monthly photo books of my new baby!
